The leading brand at the finishing line

The London to Brighton Veteran Car Run has a loyal following and always draws the crowds to witness motoring history in action. Both the start in Hyde Park and finish line on Marine Parade are focal points for the event. Bonhams stepped up its sponsorship of the event in 2014 and asked L3 to increase its brand visibility.

All along the route, our team created Bonhams banners for the crowd control barriers.

To bring the Bonhams name to the fore at the finish, we designed and created banners and flags to welcome the competitors as they arrived.

L3 also built a bespoke scaffold to encase the hospitality marquee, and dressed the space inside with graphics, and provided branded cups, chilli bowls and napkins.

The main challenge of this event was the very real possibility of adverse weather conditions; Brighton seafront can be a challenging environment in early November. The design of the scaffold went through rigorous structural calculations to ensure it could hold up in the heaviest winds.
